NB Housing is very sad to learn of the passing of one of Flax Housing Association’s founding members, past chair and lately, resident in our sheltered scheme Holyrood House, Fr Myles Kavanagh. Fr Myles devoted his life to integration through development, training, employment, education, health and housing. He was a visionary whose acumen was well ahead of its time however he never wavered from his positive social focus on delivering benefits for the local community. He led by example and shaped a culture of opportunity and inclusivity through the many businesses and charitable organisations he created. His legacy has been vast.
