Need an emergency repair?
NB Housing provides tenants with an emergency repair service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Out of Hours Emergencies, call 0330 1230341
In the case of an emergency repair, when the office is closed, call Radius Connect, and a member of their staff will assess the repair by your description and decide if it qualifies as an emergency. If deemed an emergency, they will pass your information to a contractor to attend to the repair.
The NB Housing offices are closed for 1 hour at lunchtime, weekdays between 1-2pm, but Radius Connect are open 24/7.
